Galencia lack Disability empathy

I bought apartment at Rosa Royale- Galencia are the developers. I am a wheelchair user and as part of the agreement included in the contract, Galencia agreed to include a wheelchair accessible ramp at the rear of the property. I provided a sketch of suitable ramp as per SA. Standards for wheelchair ramps - ie a ramp with a 1 in 10 gradient (1 unit high x 10 units long). Galencia decided to cut corners and build a 1 in 2 ramp, which is so steep an able bodied person cannot even walk up and down safely. it is totally unusable and a serious health hazard. Galencia refuse to rectify the problem saying that they have provided a ramp and met their obligation, even though it is totally unsuitable for purpose and unsafe. As a last resort I asked them to provide the steps that were supposed to be there before the agreement - Galencia refuse. If Victor would try to ascend the ramp himself in my wheelchair - he would defiantly topple over. Galencia have no understanding of disability issues despite them being in the building industry and have access to disability building standards / regulations. If you have any kind of disability consciousness I urge you not to buy from Galencia in protest
