I currently live in Phoenix regent estate. I moved almost a year ago. Galencia appointed SIGMA as their managing agent. A year later we still don't have official complex rules. We had issues with three cameras that and we spent the whole of December without them being fixed. The person the body corporate had appointed to do the job would not fix them as SIGMA is known for not paying their bills. We have several owners who are frustrated with the billing system as they pay their levies but it never gets recorded and they are now in "arrears". I have had issues with my neighbour who is a notorious noise maker and SiGMA had promised to issue warning letters which they haven't. About a month ago we had an incident were ADT had to be called to control the noise makers. We have one other neighbour who beat up a security guard two weeks ago. Another one from another block who had a gun pointed at them. This past weekend we had the two noise makers from my block fighting. There's blood all over the stairs, walls and floors.
Although SIGMA is incompetent Galencia carries on giving them contracts to their complexes. I would not advice anyone to buy property with SIGMA as the agent.
