I previously had lunch with my wife and grand daughter, and when I wanted to leave, I found the Fournos delivery van parked on the ramp that is for wheel chairs and prams only. When I confronted the driver, I got major attitude, and eventually the one manager made him move the vehicle.
On another occasion, I witnessed a person pushing a disabled person in a wheel chair, and they also couldnt use the ramp, because again there was a Fournos delivery vehicle in it. I then emailed Fournos, and was repeatedly assured that they dont condone this, and will see that it never happens again.
Well, guess what I was there again on Saturday, and saw the driver dutifully drive up and park on the ramp, and make his deliveries.
My question is - does Fournos condone inconveniencing people by deliberately making them go around the long way because their driver is too lazy to park in a delivery parking?
