The inspection of the unit was completed on the 29th of September 2013 at 12:00PM by Jason, he advised that all was in order and that there was no issues during the inspection when we vacated the premises.
I now received an invoice for R 2780 without proper breakdown of what the so called "Maintenance" is for.
I'm also awaiting confirmation on my deposit, however it seems like Just Letting is trying to take half of my deposit with this so called Maintenance.
How can one person tell you all is in order and 10 days later you receive and Invoice for R 2780?
