We arrived from Johannesburg for 203 Manor Beach for the period 25 to 29 October 2013. Upon arrival nothing worked. Herman (utility/maintenance person) visited the premises at least three times to fix various items, which still didn't work. The maintenance guy walks in and out the unit without any security at Ballito Main Entrance.
Our peace and quietness got further interrupted by kids (from Manor Beach 202) playing cricket in front of our unit. Absolute inconvenience when you're paying an arm and a leg in October.
I demand all money being refunded by 26th October 2013. I am leaving tomorrow.
