I leased a property from just letting centurion east for 11 months. 1 April 2012 to 1 March 2013. On 1 April 2012 I made arrangements to meet agent (Jackie De Beer) to do inspection and receive the keys. When I arrived the previous Tenant still occupied the premises. Jackie did the exit inspection while previous tenant while he still occupied premises, I was then called into the premises, introduced to previous tenant who was going to hand the key to me when he was done and asked to mail her faults that's needed attention. There was no handover or inspection done by an Jackie. I received the key from the previous tenant. i personally cleaned the property before occupying. Within the week I emailed the agent a list of faults that need to be fixed which was never done.
One of the faults was a broken toilet sit, the bathroom being untidy I took it on myself to repair the toilet.
Just letting is now charging me for cleaning and repairs. (the repairs i requsted via emailed all included in that cost). A total of R 3568.20. I have repeated asked for a copy of the exit inspection and have not received it to date.
The service received from Just Letting Centurion East is pathetic.
