I just would like to let ALL people know never to use JUST LETTING. We moved out of our home at the end of July and are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. The branch is so useless that they have most likely the highest turn over of staff in the history of man kind. We have been pushed from Pillar to post and still have not received the deposit. The inspection was only completed 3 weeks after we moved out, however new tenants had been living there during that time? HOW THE CAN AN INSPECTION TAKE PLACE AFTER NEW OCCUPANTS HAVE MOVED OVER THAT TIME. Tammy the branch manager doesn't return calls = USELESS. ANDREA IN ACCOUNTS WAS SUPPOSEDLY SORTING IT OUT = USELESS, ROS, WHO HAS LEFT AND WAS RUBBISH = USELESS and KARIM FROM MAINTENANCE SURPRISE SURPRISE IS LEAVING TODAY = USELESS. I am contacting the National Consumer Council as surely this is a breach in the Consumer protection act. Catch a wake up.
