We rented through Landlords - Western Suburbs for 18 months, in that time we have nothing but issues. We then decided to cancel out lease early because of the ridiculous service! We found new tenants, did the application forms everything for them! When it came to moving we had R2800 taken off our deposit. R1000 for early cancellation, admin fees for finding a new tenant (which we had done - and the new tenant paid admin fees for credit checks etc) R800 for maintenance, of which 3 of the 4 things werent even mentioned on the outgoing inspection and were fine when we moved out. and R1000 admin fee because there is maintenance! I was phoned and told to accept this in writing if I wanted any deposit back, in other words blackmailing me! We moved 6 weeks ago and still havent received an invoice for the maintenance, in their words, they are too busy to do it now! Terrible service and they are!
