I just want to warn people out there regarding this letting agency. I rented a place from December 2012 to November 2013. The response was slow with regards to the numerous maintenance issues that cropped due to a badly constructed complex (Bradford in Rynfield, Benoni). I was billed for maintenance amounts which were due to wear and tear. I was served with a lawyers letter for late payment and billed R 1320.00 when I had made an arrangement with a staff member for said late payment. This lawyer also phoned me and was abusive. I vacated the property on 30th November 2013 and to date they have not reconciled my account and refunded any deposit amount. One useless business.
