No Answe

I have been trying to phone Medihelps pre authorisations all day today, I am on hold for 20min and then no one has even answered the call yet. I need to get pre authorisation for This Friday and no one seems to answer my e-mails or my phone calls, the e-mails that they do send does not answer any of the questions I have in my e-mails.

If this was an emergency what would be done then??
