Lack of decent service

I am so frustrated and disgusted by the service I am currently receiving from Daleglen properties. As a small business owner I searched for a new office space. I finally found one which I thought would be ideal. The staff at Daleglen have not communicated with me regarding anything. In fact after signing the contract which I was not too happy with and paying the deposit IMMEDIATELY they did not have the decency the reply. I then received an automated message almost 2 weeks after the fact. I had contacted them asking for more information.

Today is supposed to be an exciting day. I had to call the agent myself to ask about the what the next step would be. She once again passed the buck and told me to contact the building manager. I am so appalled by this experience. I have signed a contract for a year with this agency and wish that I had not if this is the service I receive on my first day!!!
