Hi there, i have had the worst experience with Daleglen Properties in cape town, i was looking for a place to rent in kenilworth Norfolk house, i went to view the place and sent my application to Natalie Frumer, firstly they replied to my e-mail who to correspond with to view the place, it was the owners details, then the owner tells me that they dont know what they doing buy she uses them to rent her place out, doesnt make sense, then i sent my application on last week thursday the 3 january 2013, they sai it takes 3 working days so therfoe i should have a answer today tuesday 08 january 2013, when i sent my application, i had to call tem to ask if they received it and they said if i sent it to the e_mail adress then they received it without checking they tell me that, then today when i call they have such attitudes Natalie Frumer, and tells me that if i dont hear from them in 3 days its unsuccessful, that mae me so furious, and that is a load of if you are a big firm like them you should foolow up and tell clients hat the applications is received and the process of it, its like she doesnt care about the client
