The apartment block where I live has less parking bays/garages than flats. I moved in in January 2011 & at the time there were no garages/bays available. I was told by Natalie Frumer that garages/bays are not linked to specific flats & are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. She placed my name on a waiting list & assured me I would be contacted as soon as a garage became available. I have since been parking in the road, outside the complex.
In the first week of January 2012, two tenants vacated their flats (flat 17 & flat 19). Flat 19 had been renting a garage. I called Daleglen on 7 Jan to enquire about this garage, only to be told that the garage had been allocated to flat 17 (new tenants who have just moved in).
After numerous calls & leaving several messages over the last 9 days, nobody from Daleglen has contacted me & more than a year after being placed on the parking waiting list I am still parking in the road.
This phrase from Daleglen's website, "Integrity, trustworthiness and a personal touch form the cornerstone of our philosophy and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to keep our tenants satisfied", is the total opposite of what I have experienced.
