I am recovering of cancer and my mother and I had to start all over. We moved into the flat we are renting, late. I worked at a video store and Kevin Patto came to rent dvd's. He gave me his cell number. I ignored him because I like girls. Patto went to my grandfather and told him he is looking for my mother because we were supposed to move in. Three days after we paid, Kevin Patto gave us one set of keys and a remote and about a week later, he gave us the other keys. Nobody greeted us. The tenant in nr 1 made comments and noises when we greeted her. We quickly learned that Kevin Patto is defaming our characters with about everyone in the complex. We complained about the tenants downstairs, about Kevin accusing us falsely, ( I heard him loud and clear), and Clara Liebenberg ignored it. That is breach of lease. My mother asked permission to pay every week. On 9 May 2013 Clara Liebenberg, had our electricity switched off after my mother asked one week grace to pay. We refuse to pay rent for that day. She ignored our complaint about the dirty carpets. After two months we paid R650 to get it cleaned. It took her 5 months to get the broken front door lock changed.
