We fibreglassed our pool in 2010.
To start with all was good, Kevin gave good service, was very pleaseant, good presentation and with a Gurantee!
In hind sight, Kevin's team ran out of material while doing the pool.
Sounds like the other complaints about Pool Connexion.
Six to eight months later in 2011 the pool started to form blisters between the Fibreglass and the shell of the pool. (Osmosis Blisters - Google this!)
This is caused due to water penetrating the Vinyl Ester Resin Layer or top clear coat that is too thin.
Kevin said this is from ground water.
Then he said it was the water getting behind the fibreglass when it rains or when splashing takes place.
Then the next issue was to get Kevin to come and remedy this.
After phoning Kevin on numerous occasions and threatening Kevin to come to look at the problem, he came.
Then the dispute about what the cause is or was and to this day, Kevin has came to look at the problem more than once but done nothing.
At no stage was Kevin going to remedy the problem with or without any Gurantee and good service turned into Bad.
Pool Connexion - Kevin has refused to solve any problem due to his teams workmanship.
