The Managing agent OPM who generate our billing for my complex, levy water etc, have over the last year simply added amounts to my account such as legal fees, for what I don't know, damage to property when nothing has been replaced or no proof handed to me as I requested via email many times. It can not be possible to simply add amounts to your account, then deduct the entire amount, for which I have the account where the amount is gone after it went to the attorneys. Now its back on to the tune of 30K plus this month to amounts for legal fees???.I have passed all the emails that I was not responded to to my attorney but would like to go as public as possible as I am aware I am not the only one in my complex that is now taking legal action. The contact person is a certain Lize Pieterse, who is yet to return one of my 32 emails or 9 calls. I simply need to know as per the law a full break down of all added costs to my account which my attorney im sure will request.
