I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received from Robyn Birkett during the letting of my property. She has really made a very positive impression of the Rawson brand.

I was previously using another agency as a letting agent for my property when Robyn contacted me through a gumtree advert I had. Her approach was honest and helpful, and I could see that she wanted to help me rather than just trying to hunt down new clients.

Throughout the process of finding new tenants, she kept me informed, and I never had to ask for feedback. Her attitude has been so refreshing after having dealt with other agencies.
