We found a very nice 2 bedroom house to rent in mulderdrift / kromdraai area .and we arranged with the agent to show us the house.. she confirmed that the house was fully furnished then went on to say she will speak to the owner and find out if he will drop his price, we went to the office and signed the contract. about a week later we got hold of catherine to find out what is happening .. she said there will be no problems and she will contact me later that day to tell me what is happening ..then i got a call from the owner telling me the house is not furnished . still no word from the agent . we called catherine to ask her what is going on, she then said she is sorting it out and will call me back .about 2 weeks passed and no word .it was the end of the month and we had to move .we called catherine 4 times trying to arrange to get the keys and get final word on the house and the furniture! still no reply from the agants, i called the owner, and we arranged everything from picking up the keys to the rules and alarm settings .up to date we havent had any call from the Catherine our "agent" or just letting to ask us if we have even moved in!! WHY DO WE NEED JUST LETTING?
