Unfair service and unfair billing

Allow me to express my disappointment with regard to the service we received lately from Just Letting.

My fiance and I have been clients for Just letting since September 2011. we rented a house without problems. We then moved to an Estate house in Rissiville. The problems we having are as follows:

1. We feel we were treated unfairly when our agent Engela pushed us out of the house, alleging that the house has been bought and the owner wants to take position of the house, we were made to apply for another house in Arconpark. Only to find out that there was no buyer for the house, it has since been rented to someone else. The feeling is that the agent pushed away so she can raise money for the company when we forfeit the deposit money because as a matter of fact, deposit money never gets refunded by Just Letting.

2. The deposit is not refunded, we are told we are supposed to pay further R5300.00 of which we are alleged to have damaged the walls, blinds and many other things. Truth is we found the place like that. Evidently, Just letting have pictures taken 6 months before we came in but there were people renting the house within that 6 months.
