I am renting a house from Just Letting and it needs serious maintenance done which was not put on the inspection report, even the walls are now two toned due to the previous tenant who covered up holes in EVERY room of the house. Now the agents say that is not their problem, but when I viewed the house it was one colour.
The windowsills are broken in the main room and not one door in the house closes, I have had to buy door stops just for privacy and Karen and Kerry state this is not their problem.
We have been in constant contact for over a month now and nothing has been resolved. They DO NOT ever call back or try provide solutions. I am not buying paint for an entire house to fix this issue.
I advise nobody to use Just Letting due to the terrible service I have received.
