Gloudine, Thank you for your excellent service, always being available and pushing that extra mile for me. Gloudine has managed my property for over 4 years now. Recently a huge rising damp problem occurred in my unit and she got involved. She has managed to get the body corporate to fix my unit and reimburse me for the month of lost rental as the tenant left due to this problem.
