Debt collection fee charged but no statement recei

I was charged a debt collection fee eventhough I moved mountains just to receive my statement which I only received on the 5th and collection fees added from the 3rd. In addition my statement is riddled with mistakes and unjustifyable fees. Very poor agent. I will never again make use of them from a landlord or tenant perspective.
