Dangerous and Slippery floo

On Thursday 29/08/2013 my friend (A middle aged Lady) slipped on the very smooth floor in the Nonesi shopping centre owned by the Eris Property Group in Queenstown, she is not a young person. She had to be helped to get up again.
When she approached the manager he said that it had nothing to do with them as it was the architects fault for putting down the wrong tiles and there was nothing they could do.
There have been other incidents.
If a satisfactory solution is not found we will consider taking further action as an older and infirm person could break a hip or worse.
