As previously requested, I'm STILL WAITING for an updated statement from MBD. Please note that I will not pay any of your "reminder-" and "thank you for payment-" sms's and call fees, so make sure that none of that is added to my bill. Also note that my attorney will scrutinise this statement very carefully and will look into all interest and fees charged by your company as we all know exactly how your company operates. I don't pay any legal fees as my attorney is a family member, so I have the time and the means to take this matter as far as I can. I will do everything in my power to stop MBD from harassing innocent people and collecting money that does not belong to them.
It's an absolute disgrace the way your company operates and treats people!! As stated before, I will not pay a cent to you anymore as my debt was paid off 2 years ago already. I am awaiting a fully updated statement form you, now requested for the EIGHT time!! Again I have reported MBD to the NCR and Ombudsman.
