We are in the process of buying a house in Kempton Park. My husband searches Property24 for available properties and then contacts the respective agents for more information. We are looking in certain ares only and therefore we like to know the address of the property to view it on google maps to make sure we are happy with the location of the property. Mr Deon Hattingh from Sherlock Homes, after my husband asked him for the address in several emails refused to provide us with the address only gave us the suburb. We were aware of 2 properties in the suburb and street provided but both were already sold or not to our requirements. My husband got upset and told mr Hattingh that he busy playing games with us, my husband received an email where Mr Hattingh told my husband "Goodbye old friend, your type can just pass on by! " is this seriously the type of customer service we as clients are receiving from fellow south africans?
How can Mr Hattingh call himself an agent?
