I responded to a add in the paper advertised 20 000 viewed the property, my family loved it esp my kids and it was 2km 2 work n 5km to school n the owner allowed my husband to run office from home jus made this house perfect, the agent told me i wasn't the only one that was interested, i offered a dbl dep n i had to pay 69.000 but my finance manager not being available had to ask my husband to do deposit to secure place, he dep R42 000 den the next day did balance n lease agreement was signed and was 2 get keys on sat and by this time all monies was paid and my company was going to re reimburse my husband, i get told on friday, the day before the move dat owner as not accepted the offer rushed to the offices spoke to Adrienne and we hav picked up that agent had made the owner uncomfortable to rent his property, she will call him and motivate that it was a misunderstanding wit my husband paying and not the company and we waited but we called n she said she did speak to him and he said he was not happy to go ahead, i kept sms and calling them cos i was left homeless no response to this day, so i had contacted owner, he said she didn't call n a lot more, jus unbelievable n demand a refund
