So dissapointed and furious

On 2013-06-10 at about 15:30 I went to the post office to pick up a parcel for my friend. I was helped by Mr. Lucky Ntyangzimbi who then told me that I cant be helped just with my identity document but needed to have my friends also. I then told him that I was told I must have my identity document when picking up a package and he said no I must have both. He then also pointed out a notice to me which said what he told me. He didn't have a nice way of telling me all of this. Mrs. Hattingh also working at the post office was listening to the conversation. He then asked me if I know a human being then I asked him what does he mean by that then he asked me again on which I asked him how can he ask me such a question because I am just a human as him. and he asked me again and said I must listen to him on which Mrs. Hattingh came near to the counter and said but the procedure works like that. I then told them I don't have a problem with the procedure its their work but the manner in which he was telling it to me. Then Mrs. Hattingh said to me its just because it was him telling it to me that I have a problem but if it were her I wouldn't have one. That is unacceptable behaviour.
