I would like to lay a complaint against Johan Hattingh.
I have emailed, called and sms's him on numerous occasions to view property that I was interested in buying. He hardly ever replied and if he did it was very unprofessional, often one worded, and rude. His emails has extremely bad grammar and punctuation. After we had finally arranged to meet to view a property, he then asked me via sms if I had R63000 cash to pay for transfer fee's before he took me to the property. I told him I did have the cash. He then said he wanted his bond originator to call me to see if I could afford the property! He then completely avoided the fact that I wanted to go and see the properties and continued to tell me that I am not a qualified buyer. He never once asked my name, and we never met, so how does he know if im a qualified buyer or not?
