Michelle, who is an employee of Citi Homes emailed myself and my husband asking us if we were going to renew our lease. We confirmed that we were. Today, she phoned my husband, was incredibly rude on the phone that we had not sent to her the new lease. She did not allow for my husband time to explain that he had been travelling and busy and therefore hadnt had the opportunity to complete this document, and left him feeling incredibly frustrated.
How dare you phone someone, not let them speak and shout at them like they are your child over a lease agreement that you have not displayed any urgency up until now in receiving.
