Very bad admin/response/contactability

Where to start:???
- On my rental contract I captured my email address to which monthly statements should be mailed however never received a statement. After sending emails with no response, I called the reception and requested to speak to Theresa who is apparently in charge of my unit as the previous lady (Jenny) had left. After holding the call was automatically rerouted to a never ending web of automatic rerouting. Sent another email with no response and phoned again after receivig an sms to say my account is in arrears and again got caught in the call web. Second call I asked to speak to someone else and eventually spoke to Poppie who ascertained that the email address was captured incorrectly and eventually sent the statement.
- The statement had bank charges of R460 for swiping my credit card to which nobody advised me of and is mentioned nowhere in any document. The water and elec was also captured incorrectly. Somehow got to speak to Theresa who said I should send a mail to her supervisor (Charmaine) which I did, but no reponse.
- Paid the amount i recalculated and sent proof and a recon via email (no response), next day received an sms to say action has been implemented.
