I have complained on Hello Peter on 11 July 2013 regarding my cellphone service been discontinued. Mr Brian Maleke, Ignatius in the customer service dept on two occasions, Shirley on 011 650 5032 who puts the phone down on me and then gives me silence thereafter today and then Daniel from Customer Service 0861 232 424 cannot explain why after 19 months of my existing contract I owe R119.57 and what is this amount for. I get an SMS about an hour later to say that it is a R15.00 charge because I pay my account via electronic banking. Then I do notice that there is an additional charge on my statement page of R8.33 whereas they have had my email address on their system since 2009 it was arranged with Raul Arendse to pay my account via electronic banking and my statement to be sent to me via my email address [Email Removed] Who has changed my details on my account and when was I notified thereof as I have not received a statement since December 2011/January 2012. I asked Daniel to speak to the Customer Service Manager, Iris Devareaux, his response was that I have to wait 24 hours for her response. How many people do I need to speak to before I get a valid response?
