I found a property listed on Private Properties and on the query form, the contact person was listed to prefer to communicate via email, so i requested to meet with the owner via the online emailing facility on monday the 29th July 2013, on the following (tuesday, 30th July 2013) day i received an email from Nadine at MOVE-IN Properies and she explained the ordeal on how i can go about viewing the property. So I paid the R350 to gain access to the owners details which i only managed to get in contact with once on tuesday evening and never again thereafter. I tried phoning Nadine on wednesday and thursday (31st July and 1st August 2013) and still no response, i sent her an email yesterday (1st August) and still no response. If i dont have any satisifactory out of this in the next couple of days I will DEMAND my money back into my account. I dont want to hear excuses i want to see results and if no results are delivered I want my money back.
