Don't even answer phone!

I am registered with you and have paid R350. I have been dealing with Nadine, however all she's done is give me the number of the owner of the place that I'm interested in and I have had no reply from emails since yesterday and her number just rings until it says the subscriber is not available. I have had NO information about any other properties in the areas I'm interested in and there's no switchboard number to call. HOW can you charge R350 and then just disappear, that's called. Your advertisement says view 3 properties on the same day you register. It's taken me 2 days to get hold of the owner of the property and she didn't know who I was and said she never asked me to phone, she's in Durban and only back on Sunday night, so obviously Nadine was being lazy and passing the buck, surely she should have set up a viewing time for me or passed on the message that the owner is not available until Monday - I PAY AND I DO THE WORK!!! Please let me know who I can deal with who is competent or refund my money since I have had NO service and have in fact done your work for you.
