Again, no delivery from Just Letting

I got a mail from Lynelle Marsh on 14 January to inform me that my tenant reported a faulty light switch, and I immediately responded to ask her to get a quote for the work. Yesterday my tenant phoned me directly to complain that it was still not sorted.

This is not the first time this happened, I got an inspection report on 30 November 2012, and asked her to get quotes for the fixes, I am STILL awaiting feedback on this.

On a previous occasion a year or so ago, I also had to get involved when the paint in the bathroom did not get sorted out after the tenant reported it.

Every year around renewal time, I have to follow up as they do

I am now tired of having to get involved EVERY time the tenant reports something, why am I paying Just Letting? I might as well manage this myself as I can not see ANY value add for the monthly fee I am paying month after month. My wife is renting out a flat in Sandton, and has the exact same problem with this branch, clearly Just Letting does not care about the landlord or tenant after the lease is signed and they can get money every month for effectively doing nothing!!! I think when this contract is done, I will move my business away.
