Ad service no transparecy

They billed us R4000 odd rand for electricity when we queried this they apologised and said we must pay what we paid previous month. Then they sent statement saying we owe 1000 odd yet they said we must pay what we paid last month. When I want to be present for the meter reading they ignore me they do not want to be transparent and this is puzzling are they hiding something? So last month the account was 1000 odd rand this month 2000 odd rand. This is puzzling we only use the gas heater yes electricity has gone up but this agency is not honest or transparent and they do not answer emails. Do not trust them and am not happy with their service.
