Switched my electricity after i have paid

Good Morning,

I am so stressed and dissapointed... Impact meter services is charging ridiculous amount on my electricity. Each and every month i recieve the bill of more than a thousand rand and i am staying alone i'm not always at home. i once recieved 2500 of the account i had to pay that amount.

Now i recieve the bill and i have paid 700 but they have switched off my electricity becouse i did no pay the full amount...
