Contacted FNB to request R 4000, 00 overdraft, previously had R 12 000, 00 overdraft which I cleared a few months ago. I was informed by FNB that I had been listed on ITC - Credit Bureau. I am not aware why or who had me listed, I was not informed in writing. I tried to telephonically to obtain the information and was promised a report would be sent to my e-mail address but it now has been more than 4 weeks and nothing. I tried to also get the information via internet, registering and requesting the report, still no joy. the following numbers were provided: 011-214 6000 and 011 369 2800. I'm not aware of any outstanding payments, my debit orders are honoured monthly, etc.
