I left at Jabulani Mews Flat J04 on the 29th of March 2013. We did the inspection with the caretaker and there was nothing wrong so that I can get my deposit back, for the amount of R6400. then I spoke to the general manager of Framework property Services so that they can refund my deposit. She keeps on telling me stories so on Tuesday I received a e-mail from her saying that the doors are loose, the windows are loose i lost so many keys. Which are all the thing is she doesn't want to refund me my deposit. And I call the caretaker at Jabulani Mews and he confirmed that the is no such thing there are no doors need to be fixed of painting of walls as a matter there is a tenant who already occupied the flat already. I just want the tenants/consumer rights to help me to get my money back from Framework Properties Services from Rina Peper the General manager. I fail to understand why do have to instead of giving my deposit. I just want people of Mzantsi to think twice before they rent property from Framework Property Service they are crocks when it comes to money. Because there are people who are renting for R2100, R2700, R2800 and some R4200 but they are the same flats in one.
