We have made an offer on a property through the said agents, which was accepted by the sellers. Before the offer we enquired about pets (dogs) in the complex. (We have 2 dogs and were told that they will be allowed in the complex under the rules of the HOA). The wrong information was forwarded to us and we had to get rid of one dog before a certain time. On numerous occasions my wife tried to contact Jaco Rademeyer, but he refused to get back to her. (Emails) I was let to believe even in sms messages the problem will be taken up with the HOA. Until today that has not happened and I had to take the bull by the horns to get a 75% majority from the owners to allow us to keep our dogs in the complex. (Fortunately we have sorted this out with the HOA members in an amicable manner)
I am very disappointed in the way we as clients have been treated and have come to the conclusion that certain property consultants just do not care after an offer has been signed. They just sit back and wait for the commission to be paid out.
