Ku Bali River estate is not an estate nor does it have any river access. The word Estate means family. Well they make it clear kids are a problem, they are not allowed out of your house, to play outside. Dogs, here I mean 1.5kg killing machines, called Yorkshire Terriers are responsible for the killing of a springbok in the complex, so they are not allowed outside. In the last 2 years I have seen many tenants leave within a short time, why because the old fasts in charge of this estate give them so much for having kids, and how dare they bring monsters into this "retirement" estate. Tenants leave for their dogs are being poisoned by the home owners association with 2-step, to make sure they stay is short lived. As for the River, well they have lost that, and the kids play aria, that they lost as well. So if your kid's play outside, R500 fine. If you're killing machine Yorkshire Terrier stretch their legs and play in the duck pond, R500 fine. Ducks pond? But my Yorkies and kids are not welcom? Duck Pond, but children are not allowed to play outside. Kids rights are violated, but no problem, as long as we have a few ducks.
