Saturday 26/01 ADT responded to an alarm at the school next door to our property, unfortunately they got the address wrong and came into our yard. I wouldn't mind so much except that we have a very large adult male Great Dane and other big dogs on the property, we have signs at both gates explaining in different languages not to enter because they do bite. We found the ADT gentlemen standing in our driveway, in our yard, using his Taser on my dogs because they were trying to protect us! He was asked to leave the property and after some attitude he did. All the dogs had to be calmed down because their excitement was causing them to cough uncontrollably, which means the ADT gentlemen used a pepper spray first and then the Taser? We called the call centre so that we could sort this matter out, if we are not home next time and it happens again then I will not be held responsible for the injury of one of their staff members because my dogs attacked them. We were told someone would call us back but they did not. Today 28/01 we called the call centre again and we were told again that someone would call us back (the lady did not take my cell number and I was using another land line)???
