I am extremely disappointed with the sub standard customer service I have received from Rawson Dainfern Branch. This branch manages my property however I have yet to receive rent payments timeously inspite of the tenant making prompt payments. I have made countless calls to the frachisee manager however he has yet to extend me the courtesy of answering my calls/messages. I have no intention of renewing my contract with Rawson and regret the decision to enter into a legal relationship with them.
