After dealing with many real estate companies when purchasing my property & then attempting to rent it out, I received disgusting service to put it lightly.
I saw a branded yellow Rawson vehicle on the road & decided to contact the Rawson Branch which happened to be the Lonehill branch as my property is in Douglasdale. I contacted their offices & Adele Houndsome who services my area was unavailable. I was put through to Chantelle Vervliet who assisted me in a friendly & professional manor. She went into such detail that I had no idea that she was just assisting me even though my property doesnt fall under her area. She contacted me many times through out the process to see if I was happy.
The following day Adele contacted me & had already found a tenant. Adele is efficient & would contact me daily to speed the process up as I was slow about responding to her. Adele made the process such a pleasure & has changed my opinion of real esate companies. It took Rawson 3 days to accomplish more than what it took all other major real estate companies to do in 2 months.
