They fail to send a rent statement, then they send a letter of final demand stating i owe R6000.00 for water and lights, my account has never been so high- the person suppose to be dealing with the account is always in meetings, never returns calls or emails. i have asked for proof with regards to the water and lights, 2 months later and i am still waiting.
