I bought a house on Auction on the 16-04-2013, after the sale electrical wiring as well as all brass fittings on the windows and copper piping were stripped, despite a Gap Management Guard being on duty.
Gap are responsible for the repair thereof, that they have agreed to. Since then I get no response whatsoever to messages left or mails sent, I get ignored to the point that I have had to take the matter up with my lawyer.
Not acceptable!!
