PATHETIC RUDE EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

We have recently moved to a place that we are renting through Remax Umhlanga. We are paying R11500 for a townhouse that is in shambles! We have been waiting now for almost 5 weeks for them to attend to the snag list. We have been dealing with 5 different people at Remax, Rita never replies to emails, when I phone her she is extremely rude, does not want to help even though under the consumer protection act she has to help. The agents have called me names behind my back, whilst they think I couldn't hear. The are sweeping the snag list under the rug and completely ignoring our requests which is not at all unreasonable. Rita keeps making promises, even on email, but conveniently forgets about it every time i ask. She is supposed to look after our interest as well, but 5 weeks later and still she hasn't even done a walk through with us. Did I mention the fact that she is extremely rude and forever has an excuse for everything. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT, WORK WITH REMAX UMHLANGA. I will never in my life buy a house from those rude unprofessional people. Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!!
