We bought a new house using Calgro M3 as the Estate Agent and we moved in December 2012. We were promised that the defects around the house will be fixed within a period of 3 months after we have moved and submitted our retention's list, which was submitted in February 2013. The construction company started to fix some of the defects around on the 20th and 21st of June 2013 after several calls and meetings with the Calgro M3 representative. The is still a lot more defects that needs to be fixed urgently and we have not heard anything from the construction company or Calgro M3 to inform us of when they will finish with the retention. The current state of living is definitely not conducive for our health and property value. We would like to have all the defects to be fixed as a matter of urgency as our lives are put on hold due to this matter.
