Wow, now they patronize us too! Anybody who can read can tell that the issue at hand was not even investigated before the response was typed. This was just an attempt to demean a client who has the right to complain about Calgro's appalling service. According to the lawyers in charge of registering the property in our name, Calgro has failed to submit important documentation to them, hence the delay. Negligence? Laziness? Judge for yourself, what I do know is that Calgro does not even care that my partner and I are literally homeless right now. To this day, not one person from Calgro has called to either apoligise or even explain what is going on with our house! Absolutely no attempts have been made to try and resolve this issue. Someone is clearly not doing their work and Mr Charl is kind enough to sweep it under the rug on their behalf. How can expecting some decent customer service be turned into "casting aspersion on the company's reputation'' I asked Charl. The company does that well enough on its own by treating customers this way.
