Good day,

I have purchased a property in 2012 September with Calgro. My Agent Alex has since passed away in 2012 December, My Bond was Financed 90% therefore i had to make a deposit of R46000.00 before end of April
as i was advised the house would be done end June, and i will be occupying the house however that was not the case i emailed the lady who gave me the Banking details to deposit the funds to Calgro by the name of Wendy Carter she told me that she was under the impression that their liason officers Johanna and Maria were calling clients on a weekly basis to give clients feedback, but if i was not happy with Calgro they can refund me, the time that i invested, i did not receive a call from anybody, 3 months later Maria called to say we must meet so that i can view the Property the house was not locked the Gyser was missing she then called his Superior by the name of Titus who came to to witness and promised to give me a call, everybody around the area has occupied their properties i am the only one who is still waiting without a turnaround time each time i try a follow up they play a blame game i dont know who to deal with as Alex is deceased... disappointing indeed
