Leaking sink and plugs not working

On the 11th December we moved into Jabulani Heights Block 19 Unit 334. We spoke to Thapelo about the leaking sink and he tells us we will have to wait until the 6th January 2014 as they are all on holiday. It comes to my suprise to find that a company as big as Calgro M3 would not have people working on standby. We are unable to wash dishes as the sink leaks from underneath, the car bet has even, turned green and the house is smelly. We cannot live like this how are we supposed to live in a house with a leaking and frot zink. It is so unhealthy as we have a toddler in the house. Thapelo the guy who is in charge of the snagging does not answer any of my calls nor messages anymore. What do we do? He tells me he sent his manager an email on the 21st December and we have been complaining about this since the 11th. This is so unprofessional for a company as big as Calgro M3 not to have standbys, in an emergency situation like this what are we supposed to do.
